⚠️ A note on money figures. Every rupee figure in the 2017 TA order rises by 25% each time Dearness Allowance crosses a 50-percentage-point block. DA crossed 50% on 1 January 2024, so the escalation has been triggered once. DA now stands at 60%, and the next escalation will come only when DA reaches 100% — the clause counts in blocks of 50 points, not at every half-yearly revision. So today's rates are base × 1.25.
