What to include
For anything to do with a payment — access not unlocking, a refund, a device reset — send the email address you signed in with and the payment reference or UPI transaction number if you have one. That is enough to find the payment and fix it in one reply.
Reporting a mistake in the material
If you believe a fact, a date or an answer key is wrong, please tell us the chapter and question number. Corrections are made in the source material and go out in the next release. We would rather be told than be wrong, and a reported error is fixed for everyone.
