Terms & Conditions

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Principal Sarathi Android application and the study material within it, sold by Pankaj Kumar ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship at Delhi, India. By buying or using the app you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Independent study material and practice questions for the Combined Recruitment Test for Vice Principal and Principal posts, Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the UPSC, the Directorate of Education or any government body.

2. No guarantee of results

Nothing we sell is a promise of selection, of a particular score, or of any question appearing in your examination. Weightages we describe are our own measurements of a past paper, not official publications. Answer keys for the previous year's paper are our faculty's reasoned conclusions, because no official key was released; the app says so wherever that paper is served.

3. Accuracy and volatile facts

The material is prepared with care and audited against primary sources. Government schemes, budget figures and running counts change, and facts of that kind are marked with a star (★) inside the app precisely so you re-verify them close to your examination date. You remain responsible for checking time-sensitive facts against official sources.

4. Your licence

5. Payment and duration

The full plan costs ₹1,000 in total, with all taxes and charges included, and lasts five months from activation. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring mandate — when the term ends, access simply reverts to the free chapters.

Payments are not refundable, because the entire library is delivered the moment payment is confirmed. Two full chapters are free so that you can evaluate the material before paying anything. See Cancellation & Refunds, which also sets out the failed-transaction cases — duplicate charges, and payments where access could not be activated — that we do return.

Your access is granted against the email address the payment carries. If you pay using a different address from the one you sign in with, tell us and we will correct it.

6. Offline use

The app works offline. It checks your plan periodically when a network is available; if it cannot reach our service, paid access continues for a grace period before locking. This is a technical safeguard, not a change to what you bought.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent payment, tamper with the app, automate requests against our service, or use the material to operate a competing coaching service. We may withdraw access, without refund, where these terms are broken.

8. Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding five months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
