Delivery

Nothing is shipped. This is a digital product delivered inside the Android app. There is no physical item, no courier, no shipping charge and no delivery address.
How delivery works
- All study material is already bundled inside the app when you install it — the chapters, the practice questions, the solved paper and the practice papers.
- Paying does not download anything. It unlocks what is already on your phone, which is why the app works fully offline.
- Unlocking is immediate once the payment is confirmed — typically within seconds of Razorpay confirming it. Tap I have paid — check again in the app if it has not appeared.
If access does not appear
The usual cause is a mismatch of email addresses: access is granted to the address the payment carried, and if that differs from the Google account you sign in with, the app has no way to connect the two. Email pankajmay97@gmail.com or call +91 81686 26657 and we will move it to the right account. Keep the payment reference if you have it.
Duration
Paid access lasts five months from activation for ₹1,000, all taxes and charges included. It does not renew automatically. Two full chapters remain free before and after that period — read them first, since payments are not refundable.
Devices
One paid plan may be used on up to two devices. If you change phones and have used both, contact us and we will reset it.
